Contract Recruitment Tech Team Lead

Opportunity to head up the contract recruitment function for an excellent IoT recruitment and consulting brand in Bristol.

It’ll be a management and leadership role with real focus on business development and expansion of existing accounts. There’s excellent scope for further growth with a planned office expansion and rebrand.

• It’s a solution-based approach and will include recruitment as well as managed services through SoW.
• They’re an established but rapidly growing business with plans to double in size over the next 12 months.
• The brand is exceptionally well recognised within its field with several high-profile clients globally.
• EMI scheme for senior employees and a straight-line route to directorship and equity.
• Standard hours are 830am to 5pm with a further 1.5 hours of paid breaks during the day (with hybrid working).

Basic salary DOE but between £50k and £80k with a year one OTE of £100k and then £150k year 2 +. Bristol based.
