You’d have a wide scope to work across the UK and Europe targeting businesses in renewables, electric vehicles or environmental, social governance (ESG). The roles they recruit are generally £40-100K and in tech/engineering or HO/finance. They have great credibility and a very strong brand as they were early entrants into this market.
The culture is mature and the focus is on outcomes rather than KPIs, almost all the recruiters in the team are highly experienced and work with a lot of autonomy and flexibility. Basic salary is late £20ks to mid £30ks and there’s a great commission scheme on top.
