You’ll work across a broad range of tech roles UK wide and be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key existing clients. Almost all the work is exclusive, both contract and perm, and stakeholder management is the key – they need someone who would love to proactively grow accounts, definitely not just sit and wait for orders. You’ll also source and deliver candidates and leave no stone unturned in your searches!
You’ll be working for an excellent and well know Bristol tech brand – their approach and success is built on long term client relationships rather than transactional job filling. There’ll be zero cold BD and you’ll get paid 7.5-10% of the deal value for placements, OTE should be around £25k on top of basic and salary is up to £32k. Plenty of flex working options and great offices in central Bristol.
