This firm consult in the business transformation and change market and are currently looking for an account manager. They’re not an agency but do deliver staff augmentation projects (hence they like to recruit from a recruitment background). They partner to create project outcomes and clients range from the MoD to financial services firms.
There’ll be some delivery at the start but this will very quickly move to pure account/client management and also provide the chance to build your own delivery team. The people placed become employees of my client and work as associates in senior projects, analyst, procurement and tech roles until projects are completed.
The team sounds like great fun – lots of banter and good social as well as professional relationships. If you’re interested in progression in to a management role, that could happen within 6 months.
They’re very busy at present with a solid pipeline of major programmes. Salary is up to late £30,000s plus uncapped bonus OTE £20k pa. All the usual team lunches and incentives plus a 2pm Friday finish. Central Bristol based, with the option of remote working a couple of days a week if you prefer it.
