This is a great role managing a performing team of perm tech recruiters. You’ll be working for a long established Bristol brand with a very down to earth culture and team focus. The task is to grow the team and revenue – this will be done through a mix of coaching and leadership, recruitment of new staff and business development. You’ll be able to pick your own vertical and there are no geographical limitations.
The environment is grown-up, no over dependence on KPIs and loads of flex to work in a way to suit your needs. There are no big egos to manage and the growth plans for the year are big. Excellent offices in the centre of Bristol with an onsite gym and cafe.
You’ll need to have a strong background in tech perm recruitment but if you’re at senior/principal level and looking for a first step into leadership this could be a good option.
Commission starts at 10% and rises to 30% over £25k in a month, there’s also a team based bonus linked to overall billings. With excellent ongoing career support and development, there’s a clear route of progression to associate director.
