I’m searching for someone from either a recruitment or a tech sales background with a passion for BD who would relish the chance to sell an excellent tech recruitment and consulting brand across the UK, Europe and the US. You’ll get a ton of marketing and strategic support from senior management and be backed up by a deadly account management and delivery team. All you need to do is open new doors, for that you’ll get up to 20% of total sales value for a period of 18 months (even though someone else will deliver). The amount of money to be earned could be vast and the tech application types they work with mean the market is huge.
• It’s a solution sell and will include recruitment as well as managed services through SoW.
• They’re an established but rapidly growing business with plans to double in size over the next 12 months.
• The brand is exceptionally well recognised within its field with a number of high-profile clients globally.
• Standard hours are 830am to 5pm with a further 1.5 hours of paid breaks during the day (with hybrid working).
• £1000 p.a. professional development budget.
• 29 days holiday with a buy back scheme
• All the other usual incentives such as lunch clubs etc.
Basic salary DOE up to £40,000. Bristol based.
